a) Active Information Collection:

This refers to instances where we collect certain Information that you have not actively provided, typically through the use of technologies such as cookies, web beacons, or embedded scripts when you visit our website. We process the following types of information necessary for booking and operating a safari:
i) Active Information (Provided by You):
- Full name and surname, gender, age, and weight (for flight/safety purposes).
- Physical address, e-mail address, telephone, and mobile number.
- Identity and/or Passport number, issue date, and expiry date.
- Company details (if a business booking).
- Emergency contact details.
- Medical requirements, dietary, and special requirements (Sensitive Personal Information).
- Your personal opinion, views, interests, and preferences.
ii Passive Information (Collected by the Website):
- The type of web browser and operating system you use.
- The date and time of your visit and specific pages visited.
- The address of the website you visited before entering our website.
We do not receive or store complete credit card information. We utilize recognized and secure third-party Paygate portals (e.g., bank-certified payment processors) to accept credit card payments securely. We do not have access to your full credit card details.

Personal Information will only be used in accordance with this Policy, or as specifically disclosed to you at the time you provide the Personal Information.
The Information will be processed by us (or approved third parties) for the following purposes:

- To deal with any inquiries, correspondence, concerns, or complaints you have raised.

We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and law enforcement inquiries.

These Third-Party Websites have separate and independent privacy policies. You are strongly advised to read the privacy policy of each Third-Party Website you engage with before providing your Personal Information, as we cannot accept any liability should they process your Information unlawfully.
